บทคัดย่อ

          แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน คนที่ทำงานและประสบความสำเร็จ มีผลงานออกมาดีเยี่ยม เรียกได้ว่าทำงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามที่องค์กรคาดหวัง เป็นการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิผล ช่วยให้คนทำงาน ทีมงาน และองค์กร ประสบความสำเร็จไปด้วย ผู้ที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในหน้าที่การงานได้ จะต้องเป็นคนที่มีหัวใจของการพัฒนาอยู่เสมอไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องบุคลิกลักษณะ พฤติกรรม หรือแม้แต่วิธีการทำงาน โดยต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีการสำรวจและประเมินความสามารถของตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา การมองโลกในแง่ดีและแสวงหาโอกาสในการทำงาน มีความคิดไม่หยุดนิ่ง พัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ผลงานได้อย่างไร้ขีดจำกัด นอกจากนั้นยังต้องมีความสนใจใฝ่รู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ สร้างผลงานด้วยใจรัก ด้วยความเชื่อมั่น ด้วยความวิริยะอุตสาหะ ที่เกิดจากการทำงานหนักทุกวัน และต้องมีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน มองทุกนาทีเป็นสิ่งที่มีค่าเสมอมุ่งมั่นไม่ย่อท้อต่ออุปสรรคที่เกิด ขึ้นเพื่อไปให้ถึงความฝันอันยิ่งใหญ่ สู่ความสำเร็จจากการทำงานด้วยแรงจูงใจนำชีวิตสู่เป้าหมาย ด้วยความสามารถ ทั้งหมดคือพลังที่ผลักดัน ให้เราเดินไปสู่จุดมุ่งหมายคือความสำเร็จ

          Motivation in working. The persons who success in working and always get the best result according to the expectation of their organization that is the effectiveness of working and it also helps the staff, teamwork and organization to success. The person who wants to reach the success must also have the earnestness on self-development and these include personality, behavior and working processes. They must always observe and evaluate their own abilities including optimism, seek for working opportunity, idea development, invent outcome with no limit, besides that they must pay attention to new innovation, create the outcome with love and confidence, effort, enthusiasm along with their everyday working and must have deliberateness while working, believe that every minute is always value, not discouraged to any occurred obstacles in order to reach the great dreaming and to get to the success in working with motivation to their life targets by their abilities and all of these are the impulsion to take them on walking to the target that is the success.
