ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตแรงงานต่างชาติในจังหวัดสุรินทร์

บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตแรงงานต่างชาติในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง 12 จำนวน 60 คน ซึ่งเป็นแรงงานต่างชาติที่ถูกกฎหมาย โดยใช้เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ที่มีความเชื่อมั่น (ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ เท่ากับ 0.97) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการพรรณนาเนื้อหา

          ผลการศึกษาในเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานต่างชาติมีความแตกต่างกันทางด้านสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจการดำรงชีพ สภาพทางสังคม การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ที่อยู่อาศัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม สวัสดิการและความปลอดภัย โดยผู้ที่มีอาชีพเสี่ยงและทำงานหนักจะมีปัญหาความรุนแรงของคุณภาพชีวิตมากกว่าผู้ประกอบอาชีพที่มีรายได้และปัจจัยการดำรงชีวิตดีกว่า ซึ่งปัญหาและความต้องการในภาพรวมส่วนใหญ่ คือ สุขภาพ ที่อยู่อาศัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม

          ดังนั้น ข้อเสนอแนะการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตแรงงานต่างชาติ ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมสุขภาพให้ปราศจากโรคและภาวะทุพพลภาพ การจัดที่พักอาศัยให้ถูกสุขลักษณะ การจ้างงานที่เป็นธรรม การส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนันทนาการ การกำหนดนโนยายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรนำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อไป

          This research, using qualitative methodology, studied about factor that related to the quality of life of foreign workers in Surin province. A sample size of 60 was used for the qualitative study that also included an interview. These were divided into 3 groups : good, medium, and poor, for case studies resulting from the qualitative survey. The questionnaire was pre–tested to achieve an alpha coefficient of 0.97 Analyze of the qualitative data was by its content.

          The qualitative results show the foreign workers had the factors related to the difference during three groups of good, medium, and poor quality of life, but

their needs were obvious in the six aspects; health, economic living, social role, information communication, housing environment, insurance and welfare. The overall opinion of the foreign workers were that most agree in health and their insurance and welfare.

          Suggestions regarding the foreign workers are to promote annual health checking, activities, employment, social role promotion, preservation of information communication, environmental cleaning and government can use all of these suggestions for greater efficiency.
