รูปแบบการพัฒนาเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลนครนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินลักษณะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของประชาชน 2) ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนักจัดการการเรียนรู้ชุมชน 3) พัฒนารูปแบบเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม และ 4) จัดทำข้อเสนอนโยบายเพื่อการพัฒนาเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ของเทศบาลนครนครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research: PAR) ผสานกับการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (mixed methods) มุ่งเน้นที่การจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของครูภูมิปัญญา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และผู้มีบทบาทในชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน พร้อมทั้งประเมินลักษณะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และคุณภาพชีวิตโดยใช้เครื่องมือ WHOQOL-BREF และ
การตระหนักรู้ในคุณค่าของมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม รูปแบบเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้มาจากกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยสังเคราะห์จากผลการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการมีส่วนร่วมของครูภูมิปัญญา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และผู้มีบทบาทในชุมชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้นำชุมชนมีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการเรียนรู้และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ในพื้นที่ ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยมีแนวโน้มดีขึ้นใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ร่างกาย จิตใจ ความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเพศและบทบาทในชุมชนเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อมิติของคุณภาพชีวิต
ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายเน้นความต่อเนื่องในการพัฒนา การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาชน
การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ระหว่างรุ่น และความร่วมมือข้ามภาคส่วน รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น
จึงเป็นแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้กับเมืองอื่น ๆ ที่ต้องการสร้างสมดุลระหว่าง
การพัฒนาคน วัฒนธรรม และสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
