การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุ เพื่อการบริการและเผยแพร่สารสนเทศ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ประวัติและผลงานของพุทธทาสภิกขุ (2) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานของพุทธทาสภิกขุ (3) ศึกษาสภาพการบริการและเผยแพร่ประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุ และ(4) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ และ การจัดสนทนากลุ่ม ประชากรได้แก่ ผลงานประเภทสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ ของพุทธทาสภิกขุจำนวน 1,065 ชื่อเรื่อง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานจำนวน 47 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจากหน่วยงานที่มีการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุในประเทศไทยจำนวน 4 แห่ง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจร่างรูปแบบเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจำนวน 15 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัยและนำเสนอโดยการสรุปและพรรณนาความ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) องค์ความรู้จากการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ประวัติและผลงานของพุทธทาสภิกขุ จำแนกเป็น 2 กลุ่มได้แก่กลุ่มหนังสือชุดธรรมโฆษณ์และหนังสือชุดธรรมะคำสอน มี 3 หมวดประกอบด้วยธรรมะสำหรับผู้เริ่มศึกษา ธรรมะระดับกลาง และธรรมะระดับลึก โดยมีเนื้อหาที่มุ่งเน้นอานาปานสติ การดับทุกข์ และการลดความเห็นแก่ตัว (2) กระบวนการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานของพุทธทาสภิกขุ ของหน่วยงานที่ศึกษา ประกอบด้วย การจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศโดยการผลิตเองและขอรับบริจาค การจัดหมวดหมู่ตามระบบทศนิยมดิวอี้ การให้หัวเรื่องและดรรชนี การจัดการฐานข้อมูล และการบริการและเผยแพร่สารสนเทศ (3) สภาพการบริการและเผยแพร่ประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุ เป็นการบริการพื้นฐานได้แก่ การยืมคืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ การบริการโดยอาสาสมัคร การบริการและเผยแพร่ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในฐานข้อมูลและเว็บไซต์ และการจัดกิจกรรมในวันสำคัญเกี่ยวกับพุทธทาสภิกขุ และ (4) รูปแบบการจัดการสารสนเทศประวัติและผลงานพุทธทาสภิกขุเพื่อการบริการและเผยแพร่สารสนเทศเป็นการจัดการสารสนเทศที่เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเพื่อบริการสารสนเทศแบบร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วย การใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศร่วมกัน การหมุนเวียนนิทรรศการ และการบริการการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัล
