ปัจจัยการสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการและการแบ่งกลุ่มผู้บริโภค ในการสื่อสารเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนผ่านผู้มีอิทธิพลออนไลน์: หลักฐานเปรียบเทียบข้ามชาติจากภูมิภาค CLMVT

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ทดสอบอิทธิพลของปัจจัยต้นทางด้านการสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร คุณภาพของสาร และความเหมาะสมของช่องทาง ที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้มีอิทธิพลออนไลน์ (Online Influencer) และผลลัพธ์ด้านความยั่งยืนภายใต้กรอบแบบจำลองความเป็นไปได้ของการใคร่ครวญ (2) ระบุกลุ่มผู้บริโภคตามรูปแบบการประมวลผลสาร พร้อมตรวจสอบบทบาทของรายได้ การศึกษา เพศ และสัญชาติในการพยากรณ์สมาชิกกลุ่ม และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของตัวแปรสำคัญระหว่างประเทศในภูมิภาค CLMVT เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คัดกรองจำนวน 1,888 ราย ในกัมพูชา ลาว เมียนมา เวียดนาม และไทย วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบ Welch การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่แบบ Games-Howell การวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างเชิงประกอบ การทดสอบอิทธิพลทางอ้อมด้วยวิธีบูตสแตรป และการจัดกลุ่มแบบ
K-means ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพของสารมีอิทธิพลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด รองลงมาคือกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารและความเหมาะสมของช่องทาง โดยแบบจำลองอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้มีอิทธิพลได้ร้อยละ 14.7 และผลลัพธ์ด้านความยั่งยืนได้ร้อยละ 5.6 ความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้มีอิทธิพลทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางบางส่วนในทุกเส้นทางอิทธิพลทางอ้อม ผลการเปรียบเทียบข้ามชาติพบว่า ผลลัพธ์ด้านความยั่งยืนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยไทยมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าทุกประเทศ ขณะที่ลาวและเวียดนามอยู่ในกลุ่มค่าเฉลี่ยสูงและไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ การจัดกลุ่มพบผู้บริโภค 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เชื่อมั่นเชิงรุก ผู้รับรู้เชิงสงสัย และผู้สงสัยเชิงเฉยชา ทั้งนี้ รายได้และการศึกษามีพลังอธิบายสมาชิกกลุ่มสูงกว่าสัญชาติ ขณะที่กลุ่มผู้ตอบที่ระบุอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศนอกเหนือจากชายและหญิงปรากฏเป็นหลักฐานเชิงสำรวจว่า อัตลักษณ์ทางเพศอาจเป็นเงื่อนไขขอบเขตหนึ่งของการประมวลผลสารด้านเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผลการวิจัยเสนอว่านักการตลาดควรให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพของสารและความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ส่งสารก่อนการจัดสรรช่องทาง และควรออกแบบกลยุทธ์ตามกลุ่มผู้บริโภคข้ามพรมแดนมากกว่าการยึดประเทศเป็นเกณฑ์เพียงอย่างเดียว
