แนวทางการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนสุขภาวะของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะตามองค์ประกอบทั้ง 5 ด้าน 2) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนสุขภาวะที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ
การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสานวิธี อิงกรอบแนวคิดโรงเรียนสุขภาวะของสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ประกอบด้วยด้านผู้เรียน โรงเรียน สภาพแวดล้อม ครอบครัว และชุมชน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครู และบุคลากร 204 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานและดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น PNImodified ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1) ความต้องการจำเป็นของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ พบว่าด้านผู้เรียนเป็นสุขมีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด (PNImodified = 45) รองลงมาคือด้านชุมชนเป็นสุข ด้านครอบครัวเป็นสุข ด้านโรงเรียนเป็นสุข และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นสุข โดยมีค่าดัชนีเท่ากับ 0.35, 0.34, 0.33 และ 0.31 ตามลำดับ
2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 5 คน รวม 111 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย (1) ด้านผู้เรียนเป็นสุข 21 แนวทาง (2) ด้านชุมชนเป็นสุข 20 แนวทาง (3) ด้านครอบครัวเป็นสุข 28 แนวทาง (4) ด้านโรงเรียนเป็นสุข 22 แนวทาง และ (5) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นสุข 20 แนวทาง
ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนในการพัฒนาสุขภาวะของผู้เรียนควบคู่กับการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือจากครอบครัว ชุมชน และการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาโรงเรียนสุขภาวะให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี
