นวัตกรรมความเป็นจริงเสมือนในการเพิ่มความสามารถด้านภาษา สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน

บทคัดย่อ

นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินมักประสบปัญหาในการพัฒนาความสามารถด้านภาษา ซึ่งเป็นทักษะสำคัญต่อความสำเร็จทางการศึกษา งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมความเป็นจริงเสมือน (Virtual Reality: VR) สำหรับเพิ่มความสามารถด้านภาษาของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินโดยใช้วิธีการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนโมเดล ADDIE เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถด้านภาษาของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ เด็กนักเรียนจำนวน 12 คน (ชาย 6 คน หญิง 6 คน) อายุระหว่าง 6–14 ปี จากโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี ครอบคลุมทุกระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1–6 ซึ่งเข้าร่วมการฝึกด้วย VR จำนวน 8 ครั้ง แต่ละครั้งใช้เวลา 30–45 นาที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นวัตกรรมความเป็นจริงเสมือนสำหรับเพิ่มความสามารถด้านภาษาของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบไปด้วย 5 ฉาก ได้แก่ ฉากห้องเรียน ฉากโรงยิม ฉากโรงอาหาร ฉากห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ ฉากสนามเด็กเล่น มีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้จริง 2) จากการสัมภาษณ์นักเรียน พบว่า นวัตกรรมความเป็นจริงเสมือนใช้พัฒนาความสามารถด้านภาษาอย่างชัดเจน โดยสามารถเรียนรู้และจดจำคำศัพท์ใหม่ได้ในหลากหลายบริบท เช่น ห้องเรียน โรงยิม โรงอาหาร สนามเด็กเล่น และห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ 2.1) นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมและแรงจูงใจสูง โดยแสดงความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนรู้ผ่าน VR และต้องการใช้งานทุกวัน และ 2.2) นักเรียนสามารถถ่ายทอดคำศัพท์และทักษะภาษาที่เรียนรู้จากสภาพแวดล้อมเสมือนไปใช้ในการสื่อสารจริงทั้งในห้องเรียนและชีวิตประจำวัน ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่านวัตกรรมความเป็นจริงเสมือนมีศักยภาพสูงในการเป็นนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความสามารถด้านภาษา มอบประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่มีส่วนร่วม สอดคล้องกับบริบท และสามารถใช้เสริมกลยุทธ์ทางการศึกษาที่มีอยู่เดิมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
