ผลของ UGIB Care Game ต่อความรู้ทางการพยาบาลและความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพของสื่อการเรียนการสอนในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกในระบบทางเดินอาหารส่วนบน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกในระบบทางเดินอาหารส่วนบน และความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพของสื่อการเรียนการสอน ระหว่างสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติและ UGIB Care Game รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบทดสอบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อน-หลัง ใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบและทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของบลูม (Bloom learning theory)
เป็นกรอบแนวคิด พื้นที่วิจัยคือ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า จันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 88 คน เป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 44 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) UGIB Care Game 2) สื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ 3) แบบทดสอบความรู้ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกในระบบทางเดินอาหารส่วนบน และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพของสื่อการเรียนการสอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ dependent t-test และ Independent t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- คะแนนความรู้ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ีมีภาวะเลือดออกในระบบทางเดินอาหารส่วนบน หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทั้งสองกลุ่ม ส่วนคะแนนความรู้หลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
- คะแนนความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพของ UGIB Care Game สูงกว่าสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001)
ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้สรุปได้ว่า UGIB Care Game เป็นสื่อที่สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และความพึงพอใจในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นสื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับการพยาบาลได้เป็นอย่างดี
