Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS was used for hypothesis testing. Complementary qualitative interviews provided further insights into organizational behavior and strategic practices.
The findings reveal that different dimensions of knowledge acquisition and Cultural Innovation significantly affect radical innovation. Moreover, knowledge integration plays a mediating role between these independent variables and radical innovation. The results indicate that enterprises with strong knowledge acquisition mechanisms and a culture that promotes innovation are better positioned to integrate internal and external knowledge, leading to the successful realization of radical innovation.
This study contributes to the theoretical advancement of innovation management by highlighting the synergistic effects of knowledge acquisition, cultural innovation, and knowledge integration. It also offers practical implications for SMEs seeking to enhance their innovation performance through strategic knowledge practices within collaborative networks.
