ผลกระทบของเอเย่นต์ฟุตบอลต่อเศรษฐกิจการซื้อขายนักฟุตบอลอาชีพ ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจของเอเย่นต์ฟุตบอลต่อการย้ายทีมและค่าตัวของนักฟุตบอลในประเทศไทย2)เพื่อศึกษาระเบียบข้อบังคับที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน (ข้อบังคับของฟีฟ่าและกฎหมายท้องถิ่นของประเทศไทย) มีความสามารถในการจัดการการดำเนินงานของเอเย่นต์ฟุตบอลในประเทศไทยได้อย่างไร รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แนวคิด (หรือทฤษฎี) ระบบการกำกับดูแลและจริยธรรมในวงการกีฬา เป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัย คือ สโมสรฟุตบอลในไทยลีกและสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เอเย่นต์ฟุตบอล, นักฟุตบอลอาชีพ, ผู้จัดการสโมสร และเจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมาย จำนวน60 คนวิธีคัดเลือกแบบการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ชนิด คือ 1) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) 2) การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Document Analysis) และใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) แล้วเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เอเย่นต์ฟุตบอลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเพิ่มค่าธรรมเนียมการย้ายตัวและเงินเดือนนักฟุตบอล ส่งผลให้เกิดผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของตลาด แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็สร้างแรงกดดันทางการเงินต่อสโมสร โดยเฉพาะสโมสรขนาดเล็ก 2. ข้อบังคับของฟีฟ่า (FFAR) และกฎหมายในประเทศไทยยังมีข้อจำกัดในการบังคับใช้ เช่น การกำหนดเพดานค่าคอมมิชชั่น และการตรวจสอบการทำงานของเอเย่นต์ ทำให้เกิดปัญหาการหลีกเลี่ยงกฎและการปฏิบัติที่ไม่โปร่งใส
3. การขาดความโปร่งใสและมาตรฐานในการดำเนินงานของเอเย่นต์ เช่น การเอารัดเอาเปรียบนักฟุตบอลเยาวชน และการปกปิดค่าคอมมิชชั่น สร้างผลกระทบเชิงลบต่อความเชื่อมั่นในตลาดการย้ายตัว
