บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ (1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี (2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 242 คน ได้แก่ ครูในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย (1) ด้านภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี
อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ด้านคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตนนทบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี พบว่า มี 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ด้านจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านการบริหารงานโดยใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์คุณภาพของผู้เรียน ได้ร้อยละ 39.1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
