Abstract

This research aims to study potential management by using the 6Ms principle Mae Win Hum Community Enterprise Group and to propose the guideline for Management development of the Mae Win Hub community enterprise towards community resort standards. This research is mix methods research and the researcher collected sample population data from community leaders and members of the Mae Win Hub Enterprise Group. There are a total of 113 people from the list of community members which are divided into 5 groups: 1) Weaving and handicraft group, 2) Accommodation group, 3) Community volunteer group, 4) Massage for health group, 5) Tourism leader group in management using the 6Ms principles and The questionnaires and focus group were used as a study tool. The statistic used to analyze the data in this research included: (a) frequency, (b) percentage (c) standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) Management potential of Mae Win Hub Community Enterprise Group The aspect with the highest average score is the Organizational management aspect, followed by the people management aspect. and the aspect with the least average value is market management with at a moderate level 2) Guidelines for managing community enterprise groups towards community resort standards According to management principles with the 6Ms principles consist of The 6Ms principles found that should develop and promote the willingness of group members to serve politely. Members of the Mae Win Hub community enterprise group are promoted to receive fair compensation for work. There is a form of accommodation service that reflects the simple lifestyle of a rural society. Local culture that has its own unique characteristics must operate responsibly towards tourists. There should be promotion of appropriate use of equipment such as good machinery, equipment, and tools in the management of community enterprises and the satisfaction results of tourists should be used to develop marketing further.
