This Article aimed to study the effect of using social reinforcement guidance and allowance activities to develop self-esteem skills of first-year students at Taweethapisek School before and after participation. To compare the results of using social reinforcement guidance activities and staff allowance to develop self-esteem skills of 388 high school students using experimental models with experimental groups and control groups. The variables were measured before and after the experiment. The research results were found as follows;


1.The social reinforcement guidance activity set and the allowance for improving self-esteem skills of secondary school students. Taweethapisek School was able to improve the self-esteem of students. The participating experimental group scored on the self-esteem measurement after the experiment was significantly higher than before the experiment at the level.05


2.The set of social reinforcement guidance activities and staff allowance to develop
self-esteem skills of high school students. Thaweethapisek School was able to develop students'
self-esteem. The participating experimental group had a statistically significantly higher score from the self-esteem measure than the students in the control group who did not participate in the program.05


3.Students who participated in the social reinforcement guidance activity program and staff allowance to improve their self-esteem skills of high school students at Taweethapisek School agreed that after participating in the activity, Students can improve their self-esteem. As a result, they are self-confident, aware of their real value, express themselves properly, and have a good relationship with other people, helping them to live a happy life.
