Teamwork of teacher in the network group no.11 in Khaengkeng -Nongtunnam under Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This Article aimed to study the teamwork of teachers in the network group no.11 in Khaengkeng - Nongtunnam under Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and compare the teamwork of teachers classified by education and teaching experience. Research design was quantitative research. The samples were 108 persons of the teachers in the network group no.11 in Khaengkeng -Nongtunnam determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table then randomized using Simple Random Sampling. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics was analysis, there were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test for Independent samples and one way analysis of variance: ANOVA. The research results were found as follows;
- The teamwork of teachers in overall aspect was at high level. When considering on each aspect, the research found to be at high level. The aspects with the highest levels of teacher teamwork were member roles and the areas with the lowest levels of teacher teamwork were team norms.
- The comparisons of the teamwork of teachers in the network group no.11 in Khaengkeng -Nongtunnam under Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by education and teaching experience. The teamwork of teachers in overall aspect and considering on each aspect were not different.
