A Study of Contemporary Leadership for School Administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

Abstract
This Article aimed 1) To study the contemporary leadership level of school administrators based on the opinions of teachers; 2) To compare the contemporary leadership of the school administrators according to the opinions of the teachers Classified by school size; The sample group was 202 teachers, who using stratified random Sampling according to the size of the educational institution. The research tool was a questionnaire about contemporary leadership among school administrators. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA analysis of variance and the Scheffe’s method was used for pairwise comparison.
Research findings were as follows:
- The opinion of the teachers on the contemporary leadership of the school administrators. Overall, it was found that the state was at the high level.
- Compare the contemporary leadership of the school administrators based on the opinions of the teachers, classified by school size, it was found that the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level, consistent with the hypotheses.
