THE PERSONALITY OF INSTRUCTORS ACCORDING TO STUDENTS OF AIR TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL, EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE, AIR FORCE

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study opinions of students toward the personality of the instructors of Air Technical Training School, Education Department of the Air Force, Air Force and 2) compare opinions of students toward the personality of the instructors of Air Technical Training School, Education Department of the Air Force, Air Force. The samples were 424 first year students of Air Technical Training School. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD. The statistical significance was set at the level of .05.The findings revealed as follows: 1. As a whole, according to the students of Air Technical Training School, Education Department of the Air Force, Air Force, the personality of the instructors was at a high level. When each aspect was considered, the highest average was the personality followed by morality and academic potential. 2. The students of Air Technical Training School who were in different groups had various opinions toward the personality of the instructors. The students of Air Technical Training School who were in military police group had more opinions towards to the personality of instructors than the others.  The differences of educational period did not affect the students’ opinions toward the personality of the instructors.
