บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบปัจจัยเหตุและผลของคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยวตามรอยคำขวัญจังหวัดสงขลา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาท่องเที่ยวตามรอยคำขวัญจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งเลือกมาโดยใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก การศึกษานี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้างในการนำเสนอตัวแบบของคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยว โดยตรวจสอบปัจจัยเหตุ (ภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยว และประสบการณ์จากการท่องเที่ยว) และผลของคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยว (ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ความสุขของนักท่องเที่ยว และความภักดีของนักท่องเที่ยว) โดยดัชนีที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ คือ RMSEA, NNFI, CFI และ SRMR
ผลจากการศึกษาตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.07 NNFI เท่ากับ 0.99 CFI เท่ากับ 0.99 และ SRMR เท่ากับ 0.04 โดยปัจจัยเหตุของคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยว และประสบการณ์จากการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยว สัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรง 0.24 และ 0.53 ตามลำดับ ในขณะที่ปัจจัยผลของคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ความสุขของนักท่องเที่ยว และความภักดีของนักท่องเที่ยว โดยคุณค่าที่ได้รับจากการท่องเที่ยวมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ความสุขของนักท่องเที่ยว และความภักดีของนักท่องเที่ยว สัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรง 0.36, 0.42 และ 0.28
