The Guildlines to Internal Supervision Process of The School under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

      The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition and desirable conditions of the guidelines to internal supervision process of the school under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) Propose a development guideline to internal supervision process of the school under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. Research Methods is divided into two phases as follows. Phase 1 is to study the current condition and desirable condition of internal supervision process of the sample group of teachers affiliated to Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Academic Year 2024. According to Cohen et al.'s (2018, p. 206) a ready-made table at a statistically significant level of .05, a sample of 357 people was obtained. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale with an IOC conformity index value between .60 and 1.00 and a questionnaire confidence value of .960. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and PNI (modified priority needs index: PNImodified), Phase 2 is to study development guideline to internal supervision process The tool used in the research was an interview with 5 experts. The analysis of the research results showed that 1. the current condition of the internal supervision process of the school in overall is at the high level and the overall desirable conditions are at the highest level, Preparation before internal supervision. 2. Guideline to internal supervision process of the school under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The director gave the teachers an opportunity to have meeting to survey needs before supervision and collect information to make it accessible to everyone.
