Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine social and family factors influencing the work outcomes of personnel at the Provincial Administrative Organization of Pattani. The primary objectives are: 1) to assess the level of social and family support and work outcomes, 2) to analyze the factors affecting work outcomes, and 3) to propose strategies for improving work outcomes. This mixed-methods research collected data through questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 150 personnel selected through simple random sampling and one key informant for qualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, T-tests, F-tests, LSD, and multiple regression analysis, while qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The results indicated that social and family support factors significantly impact work outcomes, with a high average score (3.50-4.49). Social support, particularly practical assistance, had the most influence on work outcomes. The multiple regression analysis confirmed a clear relationship between support factors and work outcomes. This study provides valuable insights for developing strategies to enhance the balance between life and work, thereby improving organizational performance, particularly from a human resources management perspective.
