Cooperation Process Between Organizations to Promote Organic Rice Production towards Certification of Organic Agricultural Standards in The Lower Northeastern Region 2

Abstract

The research aimed is to study the process of cooperation between organizations in promoting organic rice production towards certification of organic agricultural standards in the lower northeastern region 2. This research methodology was qualitative methods. Using data collection tools, in-depth interviews with key informants, namely executives, representatives, leaders, and key workers of organizations who are policy stakeholders. Involves the process of cooperation between organizations in promoting organic rice production towards organic agricultural standard certification there were 27 sample. The results were found that: The cooperation process consists of 3 conditions of 1. Principles of cooperation There is joint consultation between all sectors that come together to find ways to work together that will lead to the goals of all parties being achieved together. 2. Motivation to build trust between each other and 3) Ability to work together The best way to help all parties drive their own goals to fruition is to work together to achieve common goals. Also, all parties involved benefit from working together to a greater extent than if each party worked alone.
