Accounting software for community financial institutions

Abstract
This research aims to find an efficient accounting software by using a mixed research method between qualitative and quantitative research methods. The population includes the committee and members of the Ban Non Kheng savings group for production, totaling 482 people. The sample is divided into two groups: 15 committee members and 219 general members. The accounting software is effective and consists of two main systems: the financial institution management group system and the member group system. The management system includes eight subsystems: login and settings, member information creation, deposits, withdrawals, loans, loan and interest payments, dividends, and accounting. The member system enables smartphone transaction checks with four subsystems: usage rights verification, deposit balance checks, loan payment balance checks, and information editing. The committee's satisfaction with the program was at the highest level, and members' satisfaction significantly increased after using the program compared to before.
