The community process of creating harmony of Thap Ti Lek sub-district administrative organizations , Mueang District , SuphanBuri Province

Abstract

This research aimed to  1) to study the community process  of creating harmony of  Thap Ti Lek sub-district administrative organizations and 2) Analyze  the  community  process of harmonious creation of   Thap Ti Lek subdistrict  local  organizations.

            This is  qualitative research  and documentary research. This research was a field work study project conducted in sub-district administrative organizations areas of Thap Ti Lek by interviews and participative and non-participative observation. Key informants were 42 people who were  community leaders, people in the community , community organization  representatives and sub-district administrative organizations officials. The data analysis was by content analysis. The research findings were as follows:

            The community process  of creating harmony of   Thap Ti Lek sub-district administrative organizations consisted of 1) creating harmony using Buddhist activities , 2) Activities of community organizations  in creating harmony 3) creating harmony from having official leaders with good leadership 4) operational efficiency of community development officer of Thap Ti Lek sub-district administrative organizations.

             Analyze  the  community  process of harmonious creation of  Thap Ti Lek sub-district administrative organizationswere as follows: 1) The process of creating  harmony through various community activities 2) Creating harmony through people who play an important role in the community.
