Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the interaction effect between positive psychological capital and business size on innovative work behavior during crisis situations. The sample included 320 individuals who worked in small and medium-sized enterprises, obtained by simple random sampling. Analyzing the results included using stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that all predictor variables could explain 60% of the variance in innovative behavior at work (R2 = .60) F(3, 316) = 157.16, p < .05. The interaction between positive psychological capital and business size had a positive effect on innovative work behavior (β = .09, p < .05). The resulting positive association shows that positive psychological capital and innovative work behaviors during crisis situations become stronger when working for small enterprises.
