A Study of Entrepreneurship Competency Impact in the New Normal Era for Creating a High Competitive Advantage in Order to Create New Knowledge for Tourism Community Enterprises, Koh Lad E-Tan, Nakhon Pathom.

Abstract

This research aims to study the factors of entrepreneural competency impact in the New Normal Era affecting the competitive advantage of community enterprise entrepreneurs in Nakhon Pathom Province. The samples were 227 representatives from community enterprise entrepreneurs in Nakhon Pathom Province. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistical package program and descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that most of the respondents were female, age between 36-45 years old, education at the high school level / vocational vocational certificate, a period of more than 11 years in business and operates in community enterprises in the field of agricultural production. Factors of entrepreneurial potential in the New Normal Era had the most positive effect on building overall competitive advantage in a linear way (b_BS = 0.487). New to develop the potential of community enterprises therefore it can be concluded that Koh Lat E Tan Tourism Community Enterprise should be studied for the business environment. Management methods within community enterprises, Analysis of the target customers of community enterprises, Analysis of business components of community enterprises, Tourism Management Model of Koh Lad E Tan Tourism Community Enterprise in the COVID-19 Era and upgrading the tourism community enterprises on Koh Lad E tan should be operated for the sustainable way.
