Abstract
The research aims to study the factors of the current condition and the development of the learning organization of the governor’s office in the Southern Thailand area. This research is conducted mainly by studying the document, participatory observation and in depth interviews with executive and government officer of the governor’s offices in the Southern Thailand area of 15 people. The study found that the factors to develop the governor’s office to be the learning center have 5 factors should be attached great importance including Clear policy, Leadership, Attitude, Motivation and Incentive and Technology. The 5 new factors are Attitude, Age Gap, Authority, Clear policy and Merit System.
