The Development of Melodica Learning Activity Package for Music Club at Ban KhamSamor School Khueang-Nai District Ubon Ratchathani

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) Develop the melodian intruction set for the music club at Ban Kham Samo School, Khueng Nai District Ubon Ratchathani Province to be effective in accordance with the criteria 80/80 2) Compare skills and ability to perform melody of students before and after class with a set of teaching and learning activities melodian 3) Study student satisfaction with the Melodian activity set. The target audience used in this experiment was primary 4 - 6 who studied in the second semester of academic year 2019 at Ban Kham Samo School, Khueang Nai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, 20 students were a member of a music club. Samples were purposively sampled for 10 period. The material used in this study, including 5 sets of the melodian teaching activities, pre- and post-class melodian practice test, a satisfaction questionnaire on the melodian activity set. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and comparing the melodian instrument practice skills before and after study using paired t-test. The results showed that

1. the teaching set was created as effective as 81.30 / 82.50, higher than the set threshold of 80/80, students had a better cognitive development.


2. After class, students had higher skills in melodian instruments than before studying were statistically significant difference at .05 levels.


3. The students were most satisfied with the melodian instruction set, the average was 4.87. In conclusion, this research has resulted in a series of effective and efficient melodian teaching activities that can be used to teach learners to achieve their objectives. In summary, this research makes the melodian intruction set is efficient and effective. This melodian intruction set can be used to teach learners to enable learners to achieve their objectives.
