     This study aims to 1) Study of learning and innovation in the workplace that affect To the quality of service of financial and accounting scholars MahaSarakham University 2) Compare Learning innovation in the workplace Of financial and accounting scholars Mahasarakham University with Individuality 3) Compare the service quality of financial and accounting scholars MahaSarakham University That are different. The sample included a total of 109 finance and accounting experts of the Mahasarakham University. Equal to 100 percent The research instrument included 33-item checklist questionnaires. The statistics implemented included percentage, meanand the standard deviation (S.D).

     The research results are as follows
