ความรู้บัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ในมุมมองของครูผู้สอนในสถาบันอาชีวศึกษา

Abstract
In the present, Thailand is developing to Thailand 4.0. The vocational education worker is the one of important human resource in this development. The industrial instructor is supporting the production of vocational education worker. This objective of this research is to assess the desirable graduate knowledge of the curriculum structure of the Bachelor of Science in Technical Education, Program in Civil Technical Education (Revised Curriculum, Year 2019) in the perspective of instructors of vocational education institutions. The research methodology was based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research results were reported in form of the priority value and weight value of variables in curriculum structure. The analysis results revealed that the most requirement of instructors in the desirable graduate knowledge was the professional knowledge, consisting of the Education Courses and the Major Core Courses. The instructors assessed that the Major Core Courses which were the engineering courses had the priority value more than the Education Courses. However, the graduates should have the knowledge in all fields of the curriculum.
