Development of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province

Abstract
The research aimed to study current conditions desirable conditions and need of Effective Academic Management Practices and Development of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province. This research was divided into 2 phases: phases 1: study current conditions desirable conditions and need of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province. Samples were selected from administrators and teachers of Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province totally 181 and phases 2: Development of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin; Province. focus group discussion the 7 professionals were group the of informants. The research instrument were evaluation form. The Statistics used for analyzing data were mean and standard deviation.
The result of the research revealed that:
- 1. The results of the current state of Effective Academic Management Practices. Were reported that the current state of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province were at a
moderate level. Considering each side, it was found that most of them were in the middle level. Desirable conditions of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province were at high level. And Order of Needs to Developing Guidelines on Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province were in Teaching aids. Are needed the most, followed by the Department work. The Academic resources and libraries. 2. The result of Development of Effective Academic Management Practices for Vocational education Institutes in Kalasin Province were 5 categories. The first category was the Principle. The second category was the Purpose. The third category was the Mechanism the operation. The fourth category was the Effective Academic Management Practices Guidelines. The Guidelines was divided into 6 factors. 1 was department work. 2 was teaching and learning curriculum development. 3 was evaluation. 4 was the academic resources and libraries. 5 was bilateral vocational education work. And 6. was teaching aids. The fifth category were the Conditions of Success. With the expert by focus group discussion were give the interest and get the benefit suggestion. The results of possibility, suitability of developing guidelines were at high level.
