Universal Moral Value on Global World without the World Government: From Human Rights to New Norms on Climate Change of Young Generation

Abstract

This research article starts with an important question: “How are we going to live in a world without the world government?” The answer in the research reveals that “universal moral value” like human rights as final answer. Human rights notion become to be norm that hold all humanity living peacefully together. At present day, my research shows that the new universal moral value is coming. It is the universal moral value of climate change that are driven through young generation around the world. The research portrays changing in policy structure and human thought all around the world. Unfortunately, the movement of this issue has been strongly influenced on international level by the young generation but unlike Thai society, the movement is slowly.
