Abstract

The quantitative by the study population was Personnel under the Bueng Yitho Municipality 201 people, By using questionnaires with personnel in the municipality Bueng Yitho A total of 138 respondents were received and applied qualitative research using a semi-structured interview with management and personnel of Bueng Yitho Municipality, totaling 12 people. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple linear regression.

      The research results were found that 1) The dynamic capacity of the organization, a case study of Bueng Yitho Municipality Pathum Thani Province. Overall, it is at the highest level.
