A Study of the Relationship between Legal Recognition of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle: Weight Less than 3 Kg before the Flight and During the Flight that Affect the Compliance trend of the Controllers in Thailand

Abstract
This research aimed to study (1) Legal conditions of enforcement or launching of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight less than 2 kg. (Drone) (2) Legal recognitions of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight less than 2 kg. (Drone) (3) Conditions of compliance of controllers in Thailand (4) Statistical Analysis of legal recognition of enforcement or launching of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight less than 2 kg. (Drone) influence on the compliance trend of the controllers in Thailand classified by personal factors of consumers (5) Data analysis of legal recognition and conditions of enforcement or launching Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight less than 2 kg. (Drone) influence on the compliance trend of the controllers in Thailand. Sample was person who enforced or launched Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in Thailand for 384 people by accidental sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, analyzing data using statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. Inferential statistics were Chi-Square Test Analysis. The result showed that: Overall, legal conditions were at high level, Overall, legal recognition were at medium level, Overall, condition of compliance was at high level, Statistical relationship with legal recognition of enforcement or launching of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight was less than 2 kg and Legal recognition and conditions of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle weight less than 2 kg. (Drone) did not affect the compliance trend of controllers in Thailand.
