The study employed a qualitative research method, collecting data through document research, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and observation. The sample group comprised 24 individuals, including those involved in community-based tourism management in Ban Tham Suea, those involved in operating community-based tourism in Ban Tham Suea, and tourists who had visited Ban Tham Suea. Data validation utilized methodological triangulation and content analysis.</p> <p> The study found that community tourism activities in Ban Tham Suea consist of three main categories: 1) Nature-based tourism activities, such as river cruising and camping. 2) Cultural tourism activities, including food preparation, making preserved eggs with pandan leaves, rolling Tong Muan (Thai Snack), and traditional pottery. 3)Ecotourism activities, such as estimating the value of trees, mixing soil, and making seed bombs. Regarding sustainable community-based tourism management, the community's roles in managing tourism activities were identified as development and control. (2) compare personal characteristics influencing opinions on the development of operational quality of the Phetchaburi Community Justice Center. (3) study the collaborative process among network partners with causal relationships to the quality improvement of the operations of the Community Justice Centers in Phetchaburi Province and (4) explore guidelines for strengthening network collaboration to enhance the operational quality of the Community Justice Centers in Phetchaburi Province. The Community Justice Centers in Phetchaburi Province and (4) explore guidelines for strengthening network collaboration to enhance the operational quality of the Community Justice Centers in Phetchaburi Province. The sample group used in the research consisted of 84 Community Justice Centers in Phetchaburi Province, with a total of 4,200 network members. A sample of 365 network members was determined using Taro Yamane’s formula (1970: 725) [1] at a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. Additionally, 12 key informants were included. Data were analyzed using research tools in the form of questionnaires, with the results presented in percentages, means, and standard deviations. One-way ANOVA was used to compare differences among independent variables with three or more groups.</p> <p> The results of the study showed that : 1. The development of the operational quality of Community Justice Centers is at a high level. 2. Respondents with different work experiences had statistically significant differences in their opinions on the development of the operational quality of Community Justice Centers at the 0.05 level. 3. The processes for strengthening collaboration among network partners-including collaboration mobilization, collaboration integration, leadership development, and legitimacy building-have a statistically significant causal relationship with the development of operational quality of Community Justice Centers at the 0.001 level. The dimension of collaboration framing has a statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level. 4. The research sample consisted of 274 participants, including 60 school administrators and 214 teachers from Salesian schools. Research instruments included an opinionnaire about transformational leadership, based on Leithwood, Jantzi, and Steinbach's concept. Learning organization based on Senge and others' concept. The questionnaire's content validity was established through the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC), which assessed the consistency between questionnaire items and their operational definitions. The IOC analysis yielded values ranging from 0.60 to 1.00. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, with the overall reliability analysis demonstrating a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.850 for the complete instrument. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p> The research findings revealed the following: 1) The overall of transformational leadership of administrators in Salesian schools was at a high level, and in each aspect was at a high level, ordered from highest to lowest arithmetic mean as follows: goal, modelling, vision, high expectations, individualized support, and intellectual stimulation. <br />2) The overall level of learning organization in Salesian schools was at a high level, and in each aspect was at a high level, ranked by arithmetic mean from highest to lowest as follows: systems thinking, team learning, shared vision, personal mastery, and mental models. 3) The transformational leadership of administrators in the dimension of modelling was significantly impacted on learning organizations in Salesian schools at the 0.01 level and can predict 13.60% of the variance in Salesian schools' status as learning organizations.</p> 2025-09-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Academic Journal of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ajpbru/article/view/284805 The Management Model for the Consolidation of Small School under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2025-06-12T15:50:43+07:00 Kesini Klinniran kesinijjj@gmail.com Panya Thongnil kesinijjj@gmail.com Apicha Lenanan kesinijjj@gmail.com <p> The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current state of the management model for the consolidation of small schools, 2) create a management administration model of small schools, and 3) study the results of implementing the management administration model of small schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2. There were 3 sample groups comprised. The sample group for studying the current state of the management administration model of small schools was 8 people, a group of five experts evaluating the management administration model of small schools. The sample group who responded to the questionnaire regarding the implementation of the small school administration model was 42 people, comprising school administrators, teachers, the school board, and students’ parents in the management school responded to questionnaires evaluating the model's implementation. Research instruments consisted of a semi-structured interview, a model evaluation form, and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p> The results were as follows: 1) In the current state, the main school principal was responsible for managing both the main school and the consolidation school. Instructional management faced a few problems due to an increased number of teachers. However, long distances made it difficult for some parents and communities of the consolidation schools to participate in school activities. The main school principal employed strategic leadership, promoted collaborative learning and stakeholder participation, and applied information technology in school operations. 2) The developed model consisted of eight components: academic administration, budget administration, personnel administration, general administration, stakeholder participation, technology, strategic leadership, and instructional management. The model was rated at high to highest levels in terms of accuracy and appropriateness, and at a high level in terms of feasibility. 3) The implementation results showed the model was rated at the highest level across all components. The sample group for this research consisted of 5 teachers and 79 students from grades 1–6 at Pracharangsan School under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research instruments consisted of 1) A user manual for the management model through the Distance Learning via Satellite (DLTV) system, with content validity scores ranging from 0.67 to 1.00, 2) The assessment form of the educational management model through the physical education system via satellite of small schools is consistent between 0.67 to 1.00, and 3) An evaluation form for the trial implementation of the model, also with content validity scores ranging from 0.67 to 1.00. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.</p> <p> The research findings are as follows:</p> <ol> <li>The management model for education through the Satellite Distance Learning System (DLTV) for small schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1. There are five elements: Planning, Design and Development, Learning Management, Evaluation and Action and Improvement. The results of the accuracy assessment have an average value of 4.91, suitability is average 4.89 and probability is average 4.86.</li> <li>The implementation of the management model for education through the Satellite Distance Learning System (DLTV) in small schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1, showed that the overall performance level was very high. The Research Methodology of this study follows a research and development (R&amp;D) approach. The target group includes experts, administrators, academic management leaders, and high school students from schools within the Aphiroamrudi Educational Network, totaling 30 participants. The research instruments were 1) a document analysis form, 2) an interview form, 3) a focus group discussion guideline, and 4) an assessment form. Analyze the data in the research, which includes percentages, means, and standard deviation, and analyze the content.</p> <p> The results of the research were as follows: 1. Findings reveal that experts, school administrators, academic department heads, and upper secondary students expressed a need for activities that enhance creative problem-solving skills. This need reflects students’ current lack of systematic thinking and practical skills in addressing problems appropriately in response to changing circumstances. Moreover, the development of professional learning communities was identified as a key mechanism to drive qualitative improvement in both teaching practices and student achievement, with the integration of technology suggested to enhance collaborative knowledge sharing. 2. The estimations were about the contexts, inputs, processes, products, effects, effectiveness, sustainability, and learning transfer. The sample group consisted of 622 teachers, guardians, members of the Board of the Basic Education Commission, and students. The main informants on guidance and lessons learned were 24 teachers, guardians, members of the board of the Basic Education Commission, and students. The research tools were 3 sets of questionnaires. The information used for analysis was percentage, average, and standard deviation. The information about qualities was obtained by content analysis.</p> <p> The research results found that: 1) the evaluation results of the Athletic Excellence Support Project at Wat Pom Kaew Municipality School (Akkharapong Chanupatham) were generally high, 2) The project's success factors include: Administrators are committed to developing students' sports skills to enable them to organize sports activities. They have continuously sent athletes to compete at various levels, allowing students to showcase their abilities at the school, district, provincial, and national levels. They have used sports to enhance leadership, cultivate self-discipline, responsibility, endurance, and determination. They have also practiced teamwork, sportsmanship, respect for the rules, the ability to know how to win and lose, and applied sports skills to higher education. The sample consisted of 36 students studying in Grade 4, the second semester of the 2024 academic year at Jeachai School, Photharam, Ratchaburi, selected through cluster random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data consisted of 1) Lesson plans for learning activities based on the STEAM Education approach. 2) Test of Scientific process skills assessment form 3) Student satisfaction questionnaire regarding learning activities based on the STEAM Education approach. The statistical analysis employed was mean (x̄) and standard deviation (S.D.).</p> <p> The research findings reveal the following: 1) Students' scientific process skills after participating in learning activities based on the STEAM Education approach are at a good level, with an overall mean score of x̄ = 8.03 and S.D. = 0.45, equivalent to 89.22 percent. The target group consisted of 40 personnel and volunteers who received certificates in elderly care and support, working in Mueang Phetchaburi District and the surrounding areas. The research employed an experimental research design with pretest-posttest measurements. Data were collected using a pretest before using the digital media content, a posttest after using the digital media content, and a technology acceptance evaluation form.</p> <p> The research findings revealed that the developed digital media content demonstrated efficiency and effectiveness higher than the established criterion of 80/80 (E1/E2 = 81.25/85.43). The target group's knowledge regarding digital literacy after training (M = 22.50, S.D. = 1.69) was significantly higher than before training (M = 16.35, S.D. = 3.64) at the .01 significance level. Additionally, the content received the highest level of acceptance (M = 4.62, S.D. = 0.49) from the target group, comprising personnel and volunteers involved in elderly care in Phetchaburi Province and surrounding areas. The research samples were 325 administrators and teachers by simple random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire was validity between .67-1.0 and reliability was .857. The statistics utilized for data analysis included the arithmetic mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and simple correlation.</p> <p> The research findings were as follows: 1) The participation management overall and specialized was at a high level. Rank the averages from high to low were providing accurate and update information for those involved in decision, making followed by sharing authority and decision–making and the dependence and responsibility. 2) The quality of learners overall and specialized was at a high level.
