A Causal Relationship on Organizational Communication, Organization Culture and Employee Job Performance of Japanease Manufacturing Industrial in Thailand

In this dissertation, the researcher examined (1) the influence on organizational communication such as transformational leadership, (2) the influence on organizational culture such as transformational leadership and organizational communication, (3) the influence on employee job performance such as organizational communication and organizational culture, and (5) the congruence of a model of the influence of transformational leadership on organizational communication, organizational culture and employee job performance of Japanese manufacturing Industrial in Thailand. The researcher used quantitative methods to carry out this inquiry. The quantitative method was an empirical research by collecting data from 343 workers in Japanese manufacturing Industrial in the eastern industrial estates in Thailand and using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Descriptive statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, an analysis of structural equation model was also used in carrying out the investigation. Findings showed that the model was congruent with empirical data at a good level. Accordingly, chi-square
(c 2) was at 8.285; degrees of freedom (df) at 11; c 2/df at 0.761; the probability value (p-value) at 0.688; goodness of fit index (GFI) at 0.997; adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) at 0.965 and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) at 0.000. In addition, the following results were found: (1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational communication (2) transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational culture (3) organizational communication has a positive influence on organizational culture (4) organizational communication has a positive influence on employee job performance and (5) organizational culture has a positive influence on employee job performance.
