รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้พิการด้วยการจัดการศึกษาออนไลน์ “ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ”

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคนพิการในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาคนพิการด้วยการจัดการศึกษาออนไลน์ และประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาคนพิการด้วยการจัดการศึกษาออนไลน์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ผู้พิการ ผู้ดูแลผู้พิการ และเจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาสังคมและมนุษย์ จำนวน 280 คน และทำการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 8 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องในการศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพและปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคนพิการในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคนพิการด้วยการจัดการศึกษาออนไลน์พบว่า ผู้บริหารมีนโยบายในการพัฒนา โดยผู้บริหารและบุคลากรได้ทำการนิเทศติดตามผล และมีการกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียนผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้เรียนที่มีความพิการ เพื่อช่วยสันทนาการให้เด็กพิการมีความตั้งใจในการเรียนออนไลน์มากขึ้น และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กให้เท่าเทียมกับเด็กปกติได้ดี 3) ผลประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาคนพิการด้วยการจัดการศึกษาออนไลน์พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความเหมาะสม และมีความเป็นประโยชน์ จึงผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
