Abstract

The objectives of the research were to 1) study the personal information that affects the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN 2) study the Service usage behavior factors that affect the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN and 3) study the technology acceptance factors that affect the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN. The sample group was 400 Government Housing Bank customers of the Nakhonsawan branch derived from Purposive Sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multiple regression analysis.


The results showed that 1) The different personal factors affected the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN with a statistical significance of .05 level. 2) The difference in Service usage behavior factors affected the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN with a statistical significance of .05 level. 3) The technology acceptance factors that affected 47.4% (R2 = .474) to the decision to use Loan transactions from GHB ALL GEN.
