The Work Satisfaction Reinforcement Factors of the Engagement of Administrative Staff of Prosecutor’s Office in Surin Province

Abstract

This project aimed to study and compare the result of administrative staff’s work satisfaction reinforcement of the Prosecutor’s office in Surin province. The sample group was administrative staff and compare 85 persons. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for data collection. Data were then analyzed using statistics for data analysis, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. All pairwise differences were tested by LSD (Least Significant Difference).


The overall result of this research showed that administrative staff’s work satisfaction reinforcement was high level. When each perspective had been considered it revealed that the average of each perspective was high level. The research was divided into 8 perspectives comprising compensation, environment, opportunity, growth encouragement, social integration, scope of work, work-life balance, and relation with colleagues. In the compared aspect research found that age, sex, education, and career had no significant differences.
