Factors Affecting Farmers' Perchas Intention to buy to Freshwater Fish Breeds in Pathum Thani Province

The objectives of this research were to study 1) demographic characteristics of freshwater fish breeders of farmers in Pathum Thani Province; 2) behaviors and purchase intentions of farmers in Pathum Thani Province.And 3) The relationship between demographic and geographical characteristics and freshwater fish purchasing behavior of farmers in Pathum Thani Province. This was a combined research with a qualitative research method using in-depth interviews with 7 farmers and a quantitative research method using questionnaires as a data collection tool. From a sample of 253 people, the statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Chi-Square.
The results showed that Most of them have their place of business in Pathum Thani (46.6%), bachelor's degree (47.4%), occupation will run their own business (66.8%). The test results of the relationship between sex, age and occupation affecting buying behavior of freshwater fish breeds from fish farms that are commonly purchased, found that the sex value of Pearson Chi square was .007 and the sig. value was .932 which was greater than .05 This indicates that sex and purchasing behavior of freshwater fish species from the popular fish farms are not related. Age has Pearson Chi square value of 5.859 and sig. value of .015 which is less than .05. Buy fish breeds from popular fish farms. therefore are related Statistically significant and occupation had Pearson Chi square value of .390 and sig. value of .532 which was greater than .05, indicating that occupation and purchasing behavior of freshwater fish breeds from popular fish farms were not related.
