Abstract
Digital Health Intervention (DHI) หรือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อสนับสนุนการดูแลสุขภาพ กำลังได้รับความสนใจเพิ่มขึ้นในฐานะเครื่องมือที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของบริการปฐมภูมิ โดยเป้าหมายของ DHI ในบริบทของบริการปฐมภูมิ มิได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในกระบวนการดูแลรักษาเท่านั้น แต่ยังมุ่งเสริมสร้างการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ ความต่อเนื่องของการดูแล คุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของบริการ ตลอดจนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ป่วย ครอบครัว และชุมชนในการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเอง นอกจากนี้ DHI ยังควรมีบทบาทในการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสุขภาพและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบบริการ โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ที่มีข้อจำกัดด้านทรัพยากรหรือการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ
