Abstract

For this research, the researcher focused on study C.P.F. Trading Limited’s employees
satisfaction with the following objectives: 1) To study employees’ satisfaction to the
organization, and 2) To compare employees’ satisfaction to the organization classified by
different demographic characteristics i.e. gender, age, education, earning, and working duration.
The research is a descriptive research utilizing questionnaire as a tool for data gathering from
random sample groups of 160 employees from C.P.F. Trading Limited using Taro Yamane’s
calculation. Statistics used for the data analysis are percentage, average, standard deviation,
and statistics to test the hypothesis is t-test.
The research results found that most sample groups were male with an age between
30-35 years, education level at bachelor degree or equivalent, an average earning between
10,001-20,000 baht per month, and a working duration of between 1-5 years. The employees’
satisfaction to the organization on overall was at a high level consisting of the following
aspects: the opportunities and advancement in working positions, the cooperation in the
management, the attitude and feeling, and the reliability and organization’s reputation. The
results of the test on the hypotheses
found that employees with different genders, ages, education, monthly earnings, and
working durations did not have different attitudes in choosing organization.
