05 Factors affecting satisfaction of users : A case study Budhamonrhon truck terminal Nakhonpathoml Province.

Abstract

This research is Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Users : A case study
Budhamonrhon Truck Terminal Nakhonpathom Province. has the objectives as
1) To study expectation level of before and after using service and at Budhamonrhon Truck
Terminal station of truck operator group and their officer 2) Guidelines the efficiency improvement
in several services at Budhamonrhon Truck Terminal and 3) This research is information
for next step. The sampling group was separated by two groups first is 18 Truck Operators
group used these services and 90 Officers of Operator group in term of data collection used
the questionnaires about expectation and satisfaction in each part so two these sampling
groups were analyzed by Means and Standard Deviation.
Research result found that the most sampling group used services were male over
female as 50.30 percent, age range 31-40 years 30 percent, education level at undergraduate
30, single status 50.70 percent, revenue range less than 10,000 Baht 55 percent and
expectation part of Truck Operators sampling group before using services at Budhamonrhon
was highest also satisfaction after using service was highest as well.
