บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม การบริหารระบบคุณภาพ ที่ผ่านมา เพื่ออธิบายถึงความหมายและความเป็นมา องค์ประกอบ และความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการ ซึ่งจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่าตัวแปรที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้ศึกษาทางด้านการบริหารระบบคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ การจัดการความรู้ และประสิทธิผลขององค์การ
