The objectives of this research are to 1) study the actual conditions and desired conditions of Use digital technology 2) to study the needs and necessities of using digital technology 3) to study guidelines for promoting the use of digital technology in academic administration for educational institution administrators in the 21st century under the Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 population using In this research, there were 1,294 people and the samples were administrators and teachers. A sample group of 297 people. The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was the collection of quantitative data by Use the tool as a questionnaire. and analyze the data with statistics. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and prioritization, and phase 2 is the collection of objective data. Quality through interviews. The tool is a semi-structured interview form. (Semi-Structured Interview) and data analysis using content analysis (Content Analysis) according to the objectives. of research by means of descriptions and summary in essay form.
The research results found that
- The use of digital technology in academic administration for school administrators in the 21st century. Overall, the average level of performance according to actual conditions is at a high level. As for the average level of performance according to the desired conditions, it was at a high level.
