Effectiveness of public Service Provision according to the local Development Plan of the Tachanuan Sub-district Administrative Organization Kong Krailat District, Sukhothai Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the effectiveness level of public service provision according to the local development plan of the Tha Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 2) to study the comparison of public opinions on the effectiveness of public service provision according to the local development plan of the administrative organization. Tha Chawla Subdistrict Classified according to personal factors and 3) to study suggestions and guidelines for organizing public services according to the local development plan of Tha Kamphaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Conducted according to quantitative research methods. The sample group is 385 people aged 18 years and over. The instrument is a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and from Paired testing The results of the research found that 1) the level of effectiveness in providing public services according to the local development plan of Tha Kamphaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Overall, it was at a high level. 2) Comparing people's opinions, it was found that people with different genders, ages, educations, occupations, incomes, and periods of living in the area had different opinions on the effectiveness of public service provision according to the development plan. Localities are no different and 3) suggestions and guidelines for organizing public services found that the Subdistrict Administrative Organization should set policies and allocate budgets for concrete development. as well as creating cooperation with various government agencies To encourage people to participate in organizing the project.
