QUALITY OF OPERATING LIFE AFFECTING THE WORK EFFICIENCY OF EMPLOYEES IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF RAYONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to examine the quality of working life and efficiency in work performance of employees 2) to compare the efficiency of work performance of employees Classified according to employee characteristics 3) To study the quality of operating life that affects the work efficiency of employees in the industrial area of Rayong Province. The sample group consisted of 385 employees in the industrial area of Rayong Province. The tools employed to collect data It's a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, standard deviation,t-test,F-test and multiple regression analysis.

The results of the research found that 1) Quality of life in working in the work as a whole and in each aspect had the highest level.  Efficiency in the performance of as a whole and in each aspect has the highest level of average. 4) The difference in employees' educational levels, job positions, and average monthly incomes, affecting the work efficiency of employees is significantly different at the 0.05 level. 5) The differences in the quality of working life in terms of fair and adequate compensation, environmental hygiene, safety, and development opportunities and ability utilization of individuals, opportunity for advancement and job security, opportunity participation in work and relationships with colleagues, personal rights at work affect the work efficiency of employees in the industrial area, Rayong Province
