FACTORS AFFECTING THE OPERATIONAL QUALITY IN DIGITAL ERA OF TEACHERS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of factors related to
the operational quality in the digital era of teachers 2) the level of the operational quality in the digital era of secondary school teachers in Phetchaburi Province and 3) the factors affecting the operational quality in the digital era of teachers. The sample were 278 teachers from 22 secondary schools in Phetchaburi province. The research instrument was the 5-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability at 0.954 The statistics used to analyze the data
were frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The results of the research were 1) The operational quality in the digital era of teachers in Phetchaburi province in 3 variables were all at high level.
The averages are arranged in descending order as follows: factors in the use of information technology, factors in the creative world in the digital era and the visionary leadership factors 2) Level of the operational quality in the digital era of teachers is at a high level.
When considering the components individually, it was found that all items were at a high level. The first one was the introduction of digital technology into the operation followed by the operation achieves the objectives with the usage of technology and the last one is teachers work happily to complete the task and 3) Factors influencing the operational quality of in the digital era of teachers in Phetchaburi province was a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level which consisted of 3 factors as follows: factors in the creative world (0.37), factors in the use of information technology (0.35) and the visionary leadership factors (0.17)
