Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Soft Skills of Faculty of Nursing, Siam University graduates. 2) to study Soft Skills Affecting the result of the Examination for Nursing license of Faculty of Nursing, Siam University graduates. The samples used on unit of analysis were 108 Faculty of Nursing, Siam University graduates. The instrument used was a questionnaire and analysis data by statistical processing software package. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency value, percentage, mean, standard deviations (S.D.), and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results of the study ware as follows 1) the Soft Skills of Faculty of Nursing, Siam University graduates in the overall image was the most average level from high to low as follows (1) honesty (2) social awareness (3) communication 2) the Soft Skills Affecting the result of the Examination for Nursing license of Faculty of Nursing, Siam University graduates. was honesty and leaderships level from high to low.
