THE EFFICIENCY OF LIFE INSURANCE SERVICES INSURED TO LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS IN YANNAWA DISTRICT, BANGKOK

Abstract
This research objective was to study the efficiency of providing life insurance services to the insured of the life insurance agents and to compare the efficiency of life insurance services to the insured of the life insurance agents in Yan Nawa District, Bangkok . The sample was 385 life insurance agents using questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The alpha coefficient was 0.886. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation , t-test, One Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The analysis research resulted in the highest average in efficiency of life insurance services to the insured's agents in Yan Nawa District, Bangkok. Life insurance agents with different gender, age, marital status, and years of service in organizations had different efficiency in providing life insurance services of the insurance agents in Yan Nawa District, Bangkok.
