WAR AND JUSTICE
Main Article Content
Abstract
War is the most physical evil in the world, but we may agree if it is justified to protect the threatened or innocent victim by comparing the rights of innocent victims. With the rights of the aggressor as to whose rights are more extraordinary, of course, in the case of unjustified aggression, the rights of the innocent victim prevail over the innocent. As such, war can be waged for self-defense, not to threaten or offend others, and a person or organization must do it with legal authority. The spirit of war is of paramount importance because of the evil desire to harm the hunger and thirst for vengeance. The heart without peace, no relief, revolutionary passion. All these desires, powers, and things like this deserve condemnation in war. War or violence is both fair and unjust. There must be a just cause with righteous intent and as a last resort. In addition, restoring peace is an important motivation. We do not seek peace to be at war, but we enter the war to have peace. Therefore, have peace in war so that you may defeat those with whom you are at war and bring wealth. with ease returned to them.
