Abstract

This research is clearly quantitative research to study the feelings of police officers. general public and foreign workers for the services of the Royal Thai Police in these 7 areas are :  1) Services provided by Police Hospital and Dararasami Hospital 2) Security of life and property of tourists 3) Information systems in police stations 4) Surveillance and resolution of situations related to state security 5) Operations of the border patrol police 6) Foreigners' satisfaction with service work and 7) Confidence in drug prevention and suppression. The sample group is There are 5,600 people and people receiving services who are directly and indirectly affected by the safety of life and property and the administration of justice throughout Thailand. The research results found that. The sample group was satisfied with the display of signs showing the service points of each department at Police Hospital and with Dararasamee Hospital regarding the orderly arrangement of service queues. 2) Tourists have a high level of confidence that they will not be taken advantage of in purchasing goods and services. 3) Police officers are satisfied with the data recording and ease of use of the CRIMES program. 4) People are satisfied with the activities that create society and cultural diversity and participate in developing the quality of life of people in Chana, Thepha, Nathawi and Saba Yoi districts. 5) People feel safe and trust the work of the Border Patrol Police in reducing conflicts in the area. 6) Foreigners are satisfied with the measures and guidelines for preventing COVID-19 disease. of the Immigration Bureau 7) People have confidence in the Kru Dare Project in terms of drug prevention.
